Trans Pregnancy: Fertility, Reproduction and Body Autonomy
14-16 January 2020. Leeds, UK

In January 2020 we are holding an international conference on trans and non-binary people’s practices and experiences of reproduction and fertility.

We will be sharing findings from this study, and inviting others to join the conversation. We aim to bring interdisciplinary, international researchers into conversation with trans birth parents, activists, community organisers, healthcare practitioners and artists.

Topics under discussion will include parenting experiences, reproductive justice, policy, law, and the media. There will also be art performances, book readings, and film screenings.

The conference will be held in the Carriageworks Theatre on Millenium Square, in the heart of the city of Leeds.

The conference is now fully booked. Apologies if you were hoping to attend and have not been able to register.¬†We have created a cancellation list – so if someone else can’t make it, we might be able to offer you a place. Please click to click here to join the cancellation list.
